Company Aquisition - Merge of multiple datasets.
Data Analysis of a multitude of datasets for a large company aquisition with over 10,000 employees, thousands of products/inventory and hundreds of business units of which all to consider during the acquisition. I was tasked with providing analytics to both upper managment/stakeholders and technical leaders on strategic ways to improve both businesses.
Project Scope
Cost Structure Analysis - Analyze fixed vs. variable costs, and identify cost synergies (e.g., overlapping administrative costs).
Patient Volume - Track patient count, visit frequency, and service utilization before and after the acquisition.
Staff Productivity - Compare metrics like patients per nurse/doctor or average service time.
HR & Organizational Structure - Analyze changes in workforce size, compensation, and attrition rates.
Growth Forecasting - Project long-term impact on revenues, market reach, and competitiveness.
