Created in Visual Studio, this C++ application is an on-going and growing project.

This application was created with the intent to increase productivity as well as reduce mistakes made by users. Originally the application started out as a Note Template application. Over a few years it grew into a full-companion with Email Templates, Note Templates, Calculator and Quizzes.

The application is used by over 100 users daily to follow scripting, confirm all steps are taken appropriately and to make a lot of day to day work easier. Productivity increased by almost 80% after the first year. Enhancements continue to further develop the application to keep up with business growth.

    Designed to increased accuracy, allowable information available quickly, ability to quickly calculate balance, coverage and charges shown on screen. This has greatly reduced the amount of miss calculations and rebilling, saving hundreds of thousands over the years for the company.

    Designed to increase productivity, add uniformity to notes, reduce missed information and provide visual queues and reminders to users. Note templates are one of the largest asks from the business to be developed. Any conversation, topic or communication can be designed and developed into a template to ensure uniformity as well as ensuring all requirements are met and documented.

    Designed to increase productivity, decrease email issues and add uniformity to emails for ease of reading/process. This has streamlined the business integration with Outlook to ensure concice and needed information gets to the correct destination everytime.
